You need to create an account in order to use AskMore. In the process, we collect your name and email address and store them according to our Privacy Policy.
You are responsible for maintaining the confidentiality of your account and are liable for any activities that occur under your account.
Service Use
You may use our services to create interviews, provided that the content you provide does not infringe on the rights of any third party, is not illegal, obscene, threatening, defamatory, or otherwise objectionable. We reserve the right to terminate your access to our services if you violate these conditions.

Intellectual Property Rights
We grant you a non-exclusive, non-transferable license to use our platform to create and conduct interviews. All rights to the software and platform belong to AskMore. The content you create during your use of our services is owned by you.

Our services incorporate the use of third-party services, including but not limited to OpenAI and Anthropic. By using our services, you agree to their respective Terms of Service and Privacy Policies.
Termination
We may terminate your access to our services for violations of these terms or any illegal activities.
General Terms
If any portion of these terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining portions will remain in full effect. Our failure to enforce any provision of these terms does not constitute a waiver of that provision.
